This handbook provides a step-by-step guide to using every feature of the Dashboard, ensuring a seamless experience for all our valued clients.
1. Introduction
The E Corporate Dashboard is developed and managed by CENTRAL COURT (PRIVATE) LIMITED, the licensed company secretarial and corporate consultancy firm behind corporate.lk.
This platform is designed to simplify the entire business lifecycle from name reservation and company incorporation to post-registration secretarial renewals, filings.
With our 24-hour online system, clients can manage every statutory process from anywhere in the world without paper, manual signatures, or physical visits.
2. System Requirements
Before accessing the Dashboard, ensure:
A stable internet connection.
A modern web browser (Google Chrome, Edge, or Safari etc).
PDF viewer for document downloads.
Active company email address for OTP verification.
3. Accessing the Dashboard
The E Corporate Dashboard is a secure and confidential digital environment designed exclusively for registered clients of CENTRAL COURT (PRIVATE) LIMITED. Access is restricted to verified users only, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all company records and statutory data.
3.1 New User Registration (Sign-Up Process)
To access the Dashboard for the first time, please complete the Secure OTP Verification Process as outlined below:
Step 1: Visit our official Dashboard portal dashboard.corporate.lk
Step 2: Click on the “Sign Up” button on the homepage.
Step 3: Enter your official email address that was registered with E Corporate during your company incorporation or onboarding process.
Step 4: Once your email is entered, click “Request OTP” (One-Time Password). A unique digit OTP will be automatically generated and sent to your registered company email address via E Corporate Secure Mail Server.
Step 5: Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder if required) for an email titled: “Verify your email address”
Step 6: Enter the received OTP in the verification field displayed on the Dashboard. For your security, each OTP is valid for five (5) minutes only. If it expires, you may request a new OTP using the same email address.
Step 7: Upon successful OTP verification, you will be redirected to the Login Page
3.2 Returning User Login (After Registration)
Once your account has been successfully created, you can log in anytime using your registered credentials:
Step 1: Go to dashboard.corporate.lk
Step 2: Click on “Login”
Step 3: Enter your registered email address and the password you created during sign-up.
Step 4: Click “Login” to securely access your company dashboard.
Step 5: Upon successful login, you will be automatically redirected to your company’s Main Dashboard Panel.
4. Dashboard Overview
Upon logging in, you will see your Main Dashboard Interface.
5. Step-by-Step User Guide
5.1 Company Registration
Select “New Company Registration” from the dashboard menu.
Choose your business type: Private Limited, Public Limited, or Guarantee Limited (NGO).
Enter your proposed company names.
Upload director,Secretary and shareholder/s details.
Submit the form for company Incorporation.
Track your Name Approval Status in real-time under Company Status Tracker.
Once approved, complete the incorporation documents via the system (Form 1, Form 18, Form 19, Articles, etc.).
Upload documents with your digital signatures.
Pay the incorporation fee through the Payment Section.
Wait for our legal team’s confirmation from ROC
5.2 Document Downloads
All approved company documents such as Business Registration Certificate, Form 1, Articles of Association, and Secretary Letters can be downloaded directly as digital originals.
Note: As per the Department of the Registrar of Companies, certified copies are issued online only (No hard copies available).
